About the Role
Helium Health is a premier, full-service Healthtech company providing a comprehensive suite of digital solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and patients across emerging markets. At the core of our ecosystem is our SaaS-based electronic medical records and hospital management information system (EMR/HMIS). We are currently looking for a dynamic Brand and Communications Senior Analyst to execute our internal and external communications strategy, with a specialized focus on HeliumCare, public health impact, and broader corporate brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of Helium Health's comprehensive internal and external communications strategy across multiple digital channels.
- Lead day-to-day communications support for HeliumCare, working closely with programme teams to highlight milestones, community impact, and visibility opportunities.
- Translate complex healthcare, technology, and public health data into compelling, accessible narratives for diverse audiences including government stakeholders and NGOs.
- Collaborate on public relations activities, media relations, thought leadership pieces, and speaking engagements for company leadership.
- Drive internal communications initiatives through newsletters, announcements, and employee channels to ensure organizational alignment and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing within an in-house or agency setting.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical healthcare topics.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in HealthTech, healthcare, public health, or development organizations is a strong advantage.
