We are currently looking for a talented Social Media/Content Creator to join our vibrant team, elevate our digital brand, and help us connect meaningfully with our community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the clinic's brand identity and business goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality multimedia content including photos, short-form videos, graphics, and educational posts for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar showcasing patient testimonials, dental hygiene tips, clinic updates, and treatment procedures.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for audience growth.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to accurately translate dental health concepts into accessible, engaging digital content.
- Proven professional experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar marketing role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with a strong command of English.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends, platform features, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet consistent content deadlines.
