About the Role
NeuroWaves Data Systems Ltd is a forward-thinking technology company building AI-powered platforms and cloud-driven solutions across Africa. We are seeking confident, results-oriented Field Digital Marketers and Business Development Representatives to introduce SaleCentra, our flagship business management solution, to small and medium-sized enterprises across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, boutiques, and pharmacies across designated commercial areas in Lagos Island and Mainland.
- Introduce the SaleCentra app, demonstrating how it manages sales, inventory, and online storefronts.
- Guide interested business owners through the registration and onboarding process.
- Provide continuous follow-up support to ensure regular app usage and active merchant engagement.
- Build lasting business relationships and generate qualified sales leads in commercial clusters like Lekki, Ikeja, Yaba, and Surulere.
- Submit accurate daily activity and performance reports to management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a confident approach to engaging business owners.
- Familiarity with mobile applications, smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and hit activity targets.
- Previous field marketing, sales, or customer acquisition experience is an added advantage.
- Deep familiarity with commercial business locations across Lagos Island and Mainland.
