We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the creative voice of our brand, capturing our mission of healthy, beautiful skin across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter to increase brand awareness.
- Create engaging, high-quality photo, video, and written content that showcases our organic skincare product range and highlights customer transformation stories.
- Manage daily social media interactions, responding professionally to customer inquiries, direct messages, and comments to build a loyal community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted digital campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant.
- Assist with front-of-house communications and client engagement when required, drawing on professional customer service experience.
- Proven professional experience as a receptionist, beauty salon staff member, or within a similarly organized, customer-facing corporate environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation, including basic graphic design, video editing, and copywriting for social media platforms.
- Deep passion for the beauty, skincare, and wellness industry with a strong understanding of natural and organic products.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a polite and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
