We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Associate to join our vibrant team in Egbeda, Lagos. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our brand's digital narrative, executing impactful social media strategies, and engaging our online community to support our organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the company’s social media channels to maintain a vibrant and consistent online presence.
  • Develop, write, and schedule engaging social media content, including captions, copies, and short-form videos.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  • Design eye-catching promotional and marketing collateral using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor current social media trends, algorithm updates, and actively engage with the online community.
  • Track key social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports to optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong working knowledge of major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and creative content tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, community management, and social media analytics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
