About the Role

We are currently looking for a vibrant and customer-focused Snooker Attendant to join our dynamic team in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will oversee the snooker lounge, ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards, and deliver memorable recreational experiences for our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the snooker and recreational lounge, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Maintain snooker tables, cues, balls, and other equipment in pristine condition.
- Assist guests with game rules, equipment selection, and scorekeeping when necessary.
- Monitor lounge usage, enforce facility policies, and handle guest requests promptly.
- Coordinate with the hospitality and maintenance teams to report any facility issues.
- Provide courteous, professional, and attentive customer service to all hotel guests and visitors.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications and proven experience in a customer service or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of snooker or billiard games and equipment maintenance is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Port Harcourt.
