Key Responsibilities- Drive aggressive loan origination, client acquisition, and deposit mobilization to meet and exceed assigned branch targets.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments for prospective SME borrowers to determine creditworthiness.
- Structure repayment plans and monitor loan performance to ensure a healthy portfolio and minimal non-performing loans.
- Identify and penetrate target customer segments within the local Nigerian market, particularly emerging businesses and salary earners.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal risk and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Three to six years of relevant experience in loan sales, credit marketing, or similar roles within a Microfinance Bank or financial institution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in credit origination and deposit mobilization.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and regulatory frameworks within the Nigerian financial sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
