In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our SME lending portfolio, with a special focus on vehicle-based financing solutions designed to keep commercial operations moving forward. Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective SMEs and individuals seeking vehicle-based financing, expertly assessing their funding needs.
- Evaluate comprehensive loan applications, financial statements, cash flows, and repayment capacities to make sound credit decisions.
- Manage the entire loan lifecycle seamlessly, from initial application and documentation through to approval, disbursement, and repayment monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with SME customers while proactively ensuring high portfolio quality and timely repayments.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in SME lending, commercial lending, or credit analysis, with specific hands-on experience in vehicle-based lending.
- Strong, practical understanding of credit assessment, loan structuring, collateral evaluation, and portfolio monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new SME clients, manage customer relationships, and consistently meet or exceed lending targets.
