About the Role
Efficacy Construction Company is a premier real estate development, building construction, and project management firm headquartered in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team and drive the successful execution of our ongoing real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of construction workers and contractors on site.
- Develop and manage comprehensive work schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to high construction standards.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, project managers, and key stakeholders to maintain seamless communication.
- Organize necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for project completion.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and quality control standards on site.
- Keep detailed daily records of construction site activities, progress, and resource utilization.
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations and design troubleshooting.
- B.Sc. Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in civil engineering and building construction.
- Proficiency in structural design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Orion.
- Demonstrated expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, and regulatory approvals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Residing within the Ibeju-Lekki axis of Lagos is an added advantage.
