About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate construction operations to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Monitor quality control of materials and workmanship on site, promptly addressing any structural or technical issues.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all site personnel and contractors.
- Lodge regular progress reports to project managers, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges faced, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other members of the project team to resolve on-site bottlenecks.
- Manage construction equipment, materials inventory, and ensure optimal resource allocation across the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as a Site Officer or in a similar construction supervision role within the Nigerian real estate sector.
- Strong technical understanding of building construction methods, materials, and structural engineering principles.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a diverse project team.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications (such as COREN, NIOB, or equivalent) will be a distinct advantage.
