About the Role
Noemdek Limited is looking for a results-driven Site Manager to join our advisory and project delivery practice in Ondo State. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing high-impact renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Nigeria, driving sustainable development while ensuring excellence across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and overall delivery across designated project sites in Ondo and Delta States.
- Coordinate seamlessly with regulatory bodies, handling regulatory and grid-interconnection requirements.
- Oversee EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers, and onsite multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover processes.
- Monitor project costs, contractor performance, and key deliverables while identifying and resolving delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with land, Environmental and Social (E&S), and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting to management and stakeholders regularly.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project delivery, preferably within renewable energy, power, EPC, or infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise with solar PV, mini-grid, BESS, or power distribution projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and energy-sector platforms like Odyssey Energy Solutions.
- Willingness to travel periodically to project sites in Ondo and Delta States.
