About the Role
SpaceFinish Africa is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Site Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will act as the primary driver of on-site execution, translating architectural visions into exceptional physical spaces while ensuring commercial interior fit-outs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest global standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and direct daily operations for on-site workforces, trade subcontractors, and vendor networks.
- Enforce strict adherence to architectural, MEP, and interior technical specifications with zero tolerance for errors.
- Maintain flawless site organization, cleanliness, and rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Track and execute project timelines using digital tools such as MS Project, Asana, and Trello to prevent schedule slippage.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections against technical drawings prior to client handovers.
- Monitor site-level budgets and project expenditures daily, identifying cost overrun risks early and implementing corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact on-site for subcontractors, facility managers, and enterprise clients.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Construction Management, Building Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of direct site management experience in commercial interior design, corporate fit-outs, or high-end architectural execution.
- Proven background working with reputable design-build, fit-out, or commercial construction firms in Nigeria.
- Advanced ability to read, interpret, and translate technical architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Mastery of project tracking software like Asana, Trello, or MS Project, alongside Microsoft Excel proficiency.
