Maintenance Manager

About the Role

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for all factory equipment, utilities, and facilities to minimize downtime.
• Lead root cause analysis for major breakdowns, ensuring timely diagnosis and permanent corrective actions.
• Manage factory utilities including power supply, generators, compressors, water systems, HVAC, and related infrastructure.
• Supervise spare parts inventory control, set minimum and maximum stock levels, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Ensure strict compliance with company HSE requirements, including lockout/tagout, permits to work, and safety audits.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate maintenance technicians, electricians, mechanics, and utility operators to boost team productivity and skill levels.
• Manage the maintenance budget, control repair costs, and lead continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

• Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in extrusion operation and 2-3 years specifically in food manufacturing extruder processes.
• Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, automation, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, fabrication, and utility systems.
• Extensive knowledge of factory HSE requirements, spare parts management, maintenance budgeting, and contractor control.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong analytical and leadership skills.
