About the Role
Popville Luxury Homes, a premier real estate developer in Abuja, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Site Inventory Officer to manage materials and equipment at our construction sites. You will be responsible for receiving, documenting, storing, and distributing all construction materials while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role supports seamless site operations by working closely with management, procurement, and operations teams to prevent material loss and control costs.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and record all construction materials, tools, and equipment deliveries with accuracy
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using digital systems and inventory management software
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with recorded data
- Classify, label, and organize materials for easy identification and efficient retrieval
- Monitor stock levels and alert procurement when replenishment is needed
- Issue materials to site supervisors based on approved requisitions and maintain daily records
- Organize storage areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper material handling
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain all documentation including receipts, delivery notes, and requisition forms
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, site safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Report discrepancies, theft, or irregularities immediately to management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory management software
- Strong record-keeping and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with site teams
- Integrity, reliability, and commitment to safety standards
- Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is advantageous
