About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-driven Construction Foreman to oversee on-site operations and drive our real estate projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and coordinate the workforce efficiently.
- Assign daily tasks to artisans and labourers while monitoring their performance and productivity.
- Accurately interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Ensure all construction works meet the highest required industry quality standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
- Monitor material usage closely, reporting shortages or minimizing wastage on site.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Inspect completed work regularly and resolve site issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily site records, progress reports, and attendance logs.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are handled, maintained, and stored properly.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Foreman in building construction.
- Strong, practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and specialized tools.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and disciplinary skills.
- Solid understanding of HSE standards and practical site safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical certification or relevant trade qualification will be an added advantage.
