About the Role
MJ Spark Media Agency is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site & Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and general upkeep of our real estate sites and facilities in Lagos. In this role, you will serve as our on-site operational lead, ensuring that properties, equipment, contractors, and site activities are properly coordinated and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, routine inspections, and general upkeep of assigned sites and facilities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising repairs by technicians, artisans, and contractors.
- Manage vendor relationships, compare quotations, and ensure work meets agreed specifications.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in collaboration with security personnel.
- Monitor utility consumption, track facility assets, and implement cost-saving operational strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of site conditions, incidents, and maintenance activities while preparing regular management reports.
- BSc or HND in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in site, facility, or property management.
- Practical understanding of building maintenance, utility management, and contractor coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and independent working abilities.
- Must reside on Lagos Island or within a reasonable commuting distance of Lekki.
