About the Role
Trabajo Nigeria Limited is a dynamic and rapidly growing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Since 2012, we have delivered integrated project solutions across the oil and gas, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee civil and structural works, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil engineering projects including roads, drainage systems, bridges, and general infrastructure.
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure strict adherence to design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct site investigations, risk assessments, and safety audits to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Monitor project timelines, contractor performance, and material testing processes.
- Identify and resolve technical site issues promptly while collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors.
- Assist with procurement planning, technical documentation, and progress reporting for civil works.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in site supervision and construction management.
- Proficiency in standard civil engineering software and surveying tools.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering, hydraulics, hydrology, and sustainable construction practices.
- Familiarity with Nigerian building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
