We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Site Engineer specializing in highways and bridges to join our growing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations and ensure highway and bridge construction projects are executed according to design specifications and engineering standards.
- Manage subcontractors, site agents, and construction crews to optimize productivity and ensure strict adherence to project timelines.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications on-site.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections of materials and workmanship to guarantee structural integrity.
- Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies across all project phases to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Resolve technical issues and site challenges proactively to prevent costly project delays.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Site Engineer, with a strong portfolio in highway and bridge construction.
- In-depth knowledge of modern construction methods, materials testing, and civil engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in contractor management, project execution, and site supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
