Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, ensure strict compliance with approved engineering drawings and quality standards, and successfully deliver projects within specified timelines. Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations and efficiently coordinate workers, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
- Ensure all construction work strictly complies with approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor overall project progress, track material usage, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations across the entire construction site.
- Prepare comprehensive daily site reports and proactively identify technical issues for prompt resolution.
- Liaise effectively with project managers, consultants, and other key stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a closely related field.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on construction or site engineering experience.
- Sound knowledge of modern construction methods, site supervision techniques, and engineering drawings.
- Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
- Must be readily available and willing to work on-site in Victoria Island, Lagos.
