About the Role
White Crust Limited is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Site Electrician to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works across our construction sites, ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, switches, and lighting systems on construction sites.
- Set up and manage temporary site electrical power systems to guarantee safe distribution.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime and project delays.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and test systems using diagnostic tools.
- Ensure total compliance with building codes, electrical standards, and company safety policies.
- Collaborate closely with site engineers, contractors, and other construction personnel.
- Maintain accurate logs of materials used, repairs, and daily maintenance activities.
- Trade Test Certificate, Technical or Vocational Certificate in Electrical Installation, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Site or Construction Electrician.
- Strong proficiency in reading schematics and using electrical testing equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of construction site safety regulations and hazard management.
