About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Proposals Advisor to drive our Integrated Well Services & Solutions business unit, ensuring competitive pricing, contractual compliance, and long-term market growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive proposals and negotiate contracts that deliver shareholder value and drive competitive pricing.
- Compile and submit accurate tender documentation while managing complex sales processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional sales teams including engineering, legal, risk, and finance for medium-to-large scale bids.
- Handle major business unit clients and navigate challenging multi-country markets.
- Provide thorough technical analysis and adapt sales processes to specific client operating conditions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in proposals, commercial management, and tendering.
- Solid technical background with a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a highly organized approach.
- Proactive communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and familiarity with MS Project.
