About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated Site Cleaner to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment across our site offices, welfare facilities, and construction areas, directly contributing to our high standards of project delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain all site office areas, meeting rooms, and reception spaces on a daily basis.
- Maintain high sanitary standards across all welfare facilities, including canteens, rest areas, toilets, and shower blocks.
- Clear construction debris, waste, and packaging efficiently from common circulation routes, access roads, and communal areas.
- Manage proper waste segregation in designated construction waste areas, separating general waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials.
- Support the Environmental Compliance Officer in maintaining clean concrete washout and fuel storage areas.
- Provide intensive cleaning support during the fit-out phase, removing plaster dust and packaging from finished units prior to handover inspections.
- Report any property damage, maintenance requirements, or welfare facility defects promptly to the Site Administrator.
- Minimum of a secondary school education (SSCE).
- Proven previous experience in professional cleaning, facilities maintenance, or estate support services.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and within active construction site environments.
- Demonstrated reliability, diligence, and a proactive approach to maintaining clean work spaces.
- Strict adherence to site safety rules, protocols, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements at all times.
