About the Role

We are currently looking for a results-driven Field Recovery Officer to join our team and drive our debt and asset recovery operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial health by efficiently tracking, locating, and recovering outstanding or defaulted assets while representing our brand with utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct proactive field visits for effective debt recovery and asset recovery operations.
- Verify customer addresses and perform physical investigations when required.
- Track, locate, and recover stolen or defaulted assets within assigned territories.
- Engage professionally and persuasively with customers and third parties during recovery activities.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure organizational recovery targets are consistently achieved.
- Ensure all recovery operations strictly comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle proficiently and possess a valid rider's license.
- Possession of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Recovery Officer, Field Officer, or in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in address verification and comprehensive field investigations.
- Prior experience in recovering stolen assets will be considered a strong advantage.
- Good geographical knowledge of routes and locations within the assigned operating areas.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting and record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure.
