We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Site Administrator with a strong background in the construction industry to support our daily human resources and administrative operations at our active project site in Nekede, Imo State. In this dynamic on-site role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth project execution by managing workforce administration, employee relations, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for site-based personnel.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including offer letters, personnel files, ID cards, and compliance records.
- Manage daily attendance, biometric systems, leave records, and HRIS updates efficiently.
- Coordinate outsourced staff attendance and compile accurate payroll information for processing.
- Support employee relations initiatives, grievance handling, and staff welfare activities on-site.
- Arrange official staff travel, logistics, and site accommodation where required.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and maintain comprehensive administrative records.
- Schedule team meetings, take meeting minutes, and manage official office correspondence.
- Oversee general site office administration and supervise administrative support staff.
- Perform other assigned administrative duties to support project goals.
- B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an HR, Admin, or Site Administrator role specifically within the construction industry.
- Solid working knowledge of HR administration, Nigerian labor laws, and modern office management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
