About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a prolific organization that delivers cutting-edge HR and Management Consultancy solutions built on excellence and innovation. We are currently looking for a dynamic and dependable HR Assistant to support our day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring smooth coordination across recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic employee files while strictly preserving confidentiality.
- Handle HR-related emails, calls, and internal correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Track staff attendance, manage leave requests, and provide accurate data support for payroll processing.
- Coordinate staff training sessions, workshops, and prepare necessary training materials and attendance registers.
- Assist in addressing routine employee queries and escalating complex relations matters appropriately.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and support statutory regulatory record-keeping.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an HR support or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR practices, and employee documentation processes.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain absolute discretion regarding sensitive employee information.
