About the Role
Compovine Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our nationwide recruitment operations, ensuring we attract, source, and hire top-tier talent to support our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Fully execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, phone screening, structured interviewing, and maintaining regular communication with candidates and leadership.
- Actively source resumes across diverse recruitment channels to build a robust and qualified candidate pipeline.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for further evaluation based on role requirements.
- Build and maintain strong applicant sources by researching and networking with educational institutions, employment agencies, professional bodies, and digital platforms.
- Manage the strategic posting of job vacancies on top-performing recruitment channels to maximize visibility and reach.
- At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment as an in-house recruiter, headhunter, or agency recruiter, preferably within the FMCG or technology sector.
- An active, hardworking, and enthusiastic nature with a strong commitment to achieving recruitment metrics.
- Natural networking abilities and a genuine passion for meeting and evaluating new people.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
