Denam Properties Limited, a premier real estate development company based in Abuja, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Shortlets / Apartments Manager to oversee our short-let operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maximizing profitability, and delivering world-class hospitality to our guests. Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Facility Management, and Security.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to increase occupancy rates, revenue growth, and overall guest retention.
- Monitor daily reservations, arrivals, departures, and maintain strict quality control standards across all apartments.
- Oversee departmental budgets, procurement processes, inventory management, and operational expense controls.
- Address and resolve guest feedback promptly to ensure high satisfaction ratings and uphold the brand reputation.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, security, and local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive promotional packages and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly operational and financial performance reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel operations, serviced apartments, or short-let management.
- At least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern property management or reservation software.
- Exceptional leadership, financial budgeting, revenue management, and interpersonal communication skills.
