About the Role
Nectar Beauty Hub is seeking a talented and results-driven Shopify Funnel & Optimization Expert to elevate our e-commerce platform and drive exceptional customer acquisition and retention. As Nigeria's leading beauty and skincare destination, we are committed to delivering an unmatched digital shopping experience that mirrors the excitement of our physical hub. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, testing, and optimizing high-converting sales funnels, improving site performance, and maximizing our online revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and optimize high-converting sales funnels and landing pages on Shopify and Shopify Plus.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing on user journeys to improve conversion rates and average order value.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data using Google Analytics and other tools to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align promotional campaigns with seamless web checkout experiences.
- Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user interface to ensure a frictionless shopping journey.
- Implement upselling, cross-selling, and cart recovery strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify or Shopify Plus stores, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or beauty sector.
- Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX/UI principles, and digital marketing funnels.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools, heatmaps, and A/B testing platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Liquid templating for Shopify customization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
