We are currently recruiting a dynamic and proactive Shop Floor Manager to oversee daily operations at our client's retail location in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the driving force behind seamless daily operations, ensuring that the shop floor is exceptionally organized, customer-focused, and fully optimized for business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the comprehensive daily operations of the shop floor, ensuring the establishment is pristine and fully prepared for business each morning.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, managing phone calls, and executing professional follow-ups.
- Receive, inspect, and coordinate incoming stock shipments while enforcing proper handling and storage protocols.
- Coordinate customer orders seamlessly, managing efficient dispatch processes through reliable courier services.
- Monitor inventory movement closely and maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records to prevent discrepancies.
- Keep the shop floor meticulously organized to foster a welcoming environment and promote operational efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly or escalate complex operational issues to management when necessary.
- Take total ownership and accountability for the overall smooth running of the retail floor.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in retail management, store operations, customer service, or a closely related field.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and coordination abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively with minimal supervision.
