About the Role
Kickoff Lounge is an upscale nightlife and entertainment establishment situated in Mpape, Abuja, engineered specifically for high-energy social nightlife, corporate mixers, and premium weekend leisure. We are expanding our hospitality team and looking for a passionate, energetic, and professional Shisha Attendant who is ready to elevate our guest experience and become an integral part of the Kickoff Lounge brand.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, pack, and serve high-quality shisha to guests following established lounge standards and recipes.
- Manage shisha inventory, ensuring all equipment, tobacco flavors, coals, and accessories are clean and well-maintained.
- Proactively interact with guests to recommend flavors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Monitor lounge areas to safely manage lit coals, replace heads promptly, and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Collaborate effectively with waiters, bartenders, and floor managers to deliver seamless hospitality service during peak nightlife hours.
- Proven hospitality or customer service experience working in upscale lounges, bars, or entertainment venues in Abuja.
- Deep knowledge of various shisha flavors, mixing techniques, and safe coal management practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a vibrant, welcoming, and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy nighttime environment and stand for extended periods.
- Possess relevant educational qualifications and a smart, professional personal presentation.
