About the Role
Allied Food and Confectionery Services (FCS), the trusted home of world-class food brands in Nigeria including Burger King, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager. In this role, you will oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring our guests consistently experience the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage training records, materials, calendars, and comprehensive staff development plans across assigned restaurants.
- Ensure the timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly operational schedules and required documentation.
- Maintain and actively improve QSC, REV, GXI, QA, Training, and Finance audit standards.
- Drive sales growth, implement impactful local marketing initiatives, and monitor P&L and controllable costs.
- Analyze sales performance metrics regularly to identify new business expansion and optimization opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain controls, and effective people development strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Possession of an HND or B.Sc. in a relevant field of study.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Good working knowledge of HACCP food safety and quality principles.
