Food Concepts Plc, the proud owner of the iconic Chicken Republic brand, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Shift Manager to join our team in Satellite Town, Lagos. As we continue our rapid expansion as West Africa's fastest-growing chicken QSR, we need exceptional leaders to drive operational excellence, deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction, and maintain our high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide active guidance to kitchen and production staff to achieve and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Maintain smooth workflow by monitoring production steps, setting processing parameters, and observing critical control points.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food safety protocols including HACCP, GMP, and company standards.
- Manage team attendance, leave records, and address minor disciplinary matters while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and equipment, submitting comprehensive daily reports.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience as a Shift Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role within the QSR, hospitality, or food retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene protocols such as HACCP.
- Strong leadership, team supervision, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
