About the Role
CapitalSage Technology Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Finance Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in securing and structuring optimal funding for our business by sourcing capital from banks, investors, and financial institutions. You will ensure timely access to funds at competitive terms to support our daily operations, rapid growth, and strategic initiatives in Nigeria's vibrant financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management team in sourcing and executing funding across debt and capital markets, including bank facilities, commercial papers, and structured finance.
- Structure innovative financing solutions that align closely with business cash flows, risk appetite, and long-term corporate strategy.
- Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with banks, investors, and development finance institutions to position the business for future opportunities.
- Negotiate key financial terms such as pricing, tenor, covenants, and security structures to ensure commercial viability.
- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Legal teams to guarantee timely collection and submission of financial data for compliance reporting.
- HND or B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is an absolute must.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven working experience in corporate finance and/or Development Finance Institution (DFI) financial covenant tracking.
