About the Role
4 Quarters Consultants Limited is a trusted provider of ISO consultancy and professional technical services, dedicated to delivering reliable, authentic, and timely solutions for our diverse clientele. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service & Maintenance Manager to lead our technical operations in Lagos. In this critical role, you will oversee the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel and gas generators while ensuring adherence to international norms and local regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the complete lifecycle of installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel and gas generators.
- Implement swift corrective actions for technical faults and recurring operational issues.
- Supervise technicians and field engineers, assigning tasks and monitoring daily performance across multiple sites.
- Organize targeted technical training programs to improve diagnostic and repair capabilities within the team.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control-system faults, providing expert guidance when needed.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements in service delivery.
- Manage maintenance budgets effectively to ensure cost-effective repairs and optimal resource allocation.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian regulatory standards and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive periodic reports on operational performance, downtime, costs, and improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in service delivery and maintenance management within Lagos.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong track record of managing technicians across multiple locations.
- Exceptional diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
- COREN certification is considered a strong added advantage.
