About the Role
Euphoria Effects and Blueprints is a leading supply and installation company specializing in physical security products, garage doors, roller shutters, traffic barriers, turnstiles, and more. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Engineer to join our growing technical team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering comprehensive security protection products and installation services to our diverse clientele, ensuring seamless operations and absolute customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out professional and efficient installations of physical security systems, garage doors, roller shutters, and turnstiles.
- Service, inspect, analyze, and repair technical systems in accordance with industry best practices.
- Run diagnostic tests, interpret results, and make effective engineering recommendations.
- Conduct thorough site surveys using appropriate tools and precise documentation.
- Travel to various client job sites as required to execute projects and resolve technical issues.
- Remain available for emergency call-outs to address urgent client security system failures.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, safety documentation, and preventive maintenance plans.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in installing and maintaining physical security products, automated gates, or similar hardware.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to interpret technical manuals and test results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites and respond to emergency call-outs.
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with navigating local routes in Nigeria.
