Key Responsibilities- Assemble, install, and commission SANY products according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning procedures to ensure equipment functionality and safety
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Execute timely repairs and component replacements with precision
- Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Respond to service calls and conduct on-site inspections to assess equipment condition
- Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, repair reports, and inspection documentation
- Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on field service and equipment maintenance experience
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
