About the Role
ETC Workforce Services Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Server to join our client's bustling restaurant and lounge team. In this role, you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience through attentive service and professional engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to customers in a warm, professional, and hospitable manner.
- Take and communicate customer food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Adapt effectively to busy restaurant environments, peak periods, special events, and private functions.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent relevant certification in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven practical experience working as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a busy hospitality environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and professional discipline.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during peak operational hours.
