Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Present menus, provide detailed recommendations on food and beverage offerings, and answer any questions regarding ingredients and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally, adhering to the highest standards of fine dining etiquette.
- Monitor guest satisfaction regularly, anticipate needs, and handle any complaints or special requests with grace and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately and manage billing transactions in alignment with company procedures.
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar hospitality role within a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
- Possess relevant educational qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, polished, and professional demeanor.
