We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying and hiring high-caliber talent to support our continuous business expansion and client delivery needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end talent sourcing and acquisition initiatives utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and career events.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads to define position requirements and create compelling, SEO-friendly job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough resume and phone screenings, coordinate multi-stage interviews, and facilitate seamless hiring decisions.
- Ensure an exceptional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a broad, multi-faceted pool of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to elevate PG Consulting's employer brand across digital platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to continuously optimize hiring processes and time-to-fill ratios.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional recruitment experience, preferably within the consulting or technology sector in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing diverse talent pools using modern recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, hiring best practices, and talent market trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
