About the Role
Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC) is a prominent network of science-oriented, co-educational day and boarding schools operating over 16 branches across six Nigerian states. Since our founding in 1998, we have been committed to delivering academic excellence from creche to senior secondary levels. We are currently expanding our administrative capacity and looking for dedicated Human Resources Professionals to join our team, manage top-tier talent, foster a positive work culture, and implement innovative people-management strategies that align with our institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified teaching and administrative staff.
- Facilitate employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a collaborative, engaging, and professional institutional culture.
- Administer performance management systems, identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs.
- Ensure institutional compliance with Nigerian labor laws, HR policies, and educational sector regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in payroll administration and benefits coordination.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience working in an HR capacity, preferably within the education sector or a structured corporate environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
