Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for senior, niche, and difficult-to-source technical and non-technical roles.
  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with Cavista business goals and expansion plans.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring organizational roles.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence regarding talent availability, salary trends, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring practices.
  • Enhance candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction through continuous process improvement and ATS optimization.
  • Mentor, coach, and guide junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators to achieve departmental goals.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position Cavista as an employer of choice in the Nigerian tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the tech or IT consulting sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methodologies, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or PHR/SPHR will be a distinct advantage.
  • Proven ability to leverage recruitment analytics and data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
