About the Role
Jireh Technologies Limited, a premier ICT solutions provider in Nigeria since 2005, is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator (Managed Enterprise) / Senior IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will provide comprehensive full-stack managed services support for complex enterprise IT infrastructures, ensuring high availability across multi-vendor environments for our esteemed private and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Administer approximately 100 Windows Server Active Directory environments, Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems, and core network infrastructure.
- Maintain mission-critical data center hardware and manage over 150TB of SAN and NAS storage arrays.
- Execute enterprise backup operations, drive capacity planning, and oversee Microsoft Azure and M365 hybrid cloud environments.
- Support Oracle and MS SQL Server databases alongside core enterprise applications.
- Implement rigorous patch management, software upgrades, OS hardening, and ISO 27001 security compliance.
- Deliver 24/7 proactive monitoring, incident management, and change control using an ITIL-aligned service desk.
- B.Sc, B.Eng, B.Tech, or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting 24/7 enterprise data centers and hybrid cloud environments.
- Relevant professional certifications including Microsoft Azure/M365 Administrator, VMware, OEM Hardware certifications, Cisco, and ITIL.
- Expertise in multi-vendor server maintenance, VMware ESXi cluster management, and enterprise storage provisioning.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management frameworks.
