About the Role
ARM Hold Co., one of Nigeria's leading diversified financial services institutions, is looking for a dynamic and analytical Venture Portfolio & Programmes Analyst to support our expanding startup portfolio and innovation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with venture builders, startup founders, investors, and senior executives to drive strategic growth across our venture ecosystem, CSR projects, and talent development programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate portfolio companies by tracking KPIs, growth metrics, fundraising rounds, and business milestones.
- Conduct deep financial, operational, and market research on venture capital trends and emerging sectors.
- Support the design and execution of startup accelerators, incubators, and corporate innovation programmes.
- Coordinate CSR, talent development, and youth empowerment initiatives, ensuring measurable social impact.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, corporate partners, and startup founders.
- Prepare comprehensive investment briefs, portfolio performance dashboards, and executive management reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in venture capital, startup operations, investment analysis, consulting, or programme management.
- Strong quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and modern AI productivity tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian startup ecosystem, venture capital models, and innovation trends.
