In this role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding our digital infrastructure, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, and protecting our customers and assets against emerging cyber and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities- Implement robust IT control frameworks aligned with COBIT, ISO 27001, and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines.
- Manage comprehensive identity and access controls across core banking systems and digital platforms.
- Monitor system performance regularly and conduct thorough technical reviews to identify vulnerabilities.
- Ensure stringent revenue assurance across all digital banking channels and transaction touchpoints.
- Support proactive fraud detection initiatives and contribute effectively to overall IT risk management strategies.
- Coordinate internal and external IT audits to ensure continuous regulatory compliance and remediation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; a Master's degree or MBA is a distinct advantage.
- Possession of recognized professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 is mandatory.
- 5 to 8 years of proven hands-on experience in IT controls, information security, or audit within the banking or financial services sector.
