About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our ICT team in Port Harcourt. In this pivotal role, you will oversee robust data center infrastructures, engineer complex technology projects, resolve escalated service issues, and coach junior administrators to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Microsoft M365 ecosystems, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and hybrid environments.
  • Oversee device enrollment, compliance, configuration, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Build, support, and maintain VDI environments, enterprise configuration management suites, and Veeam backup infrastructure.
  • Ensure high availability of network, server, and storage infrastructure, encompassing both virtual and physical assets.
  • Implement security solutions, automated patch management, Active Directory Group Policy Objects, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with vendors and developers to manage the IT asset lifecycle and evaluate emerging technologies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Windows systems installation, operations, and administration.
  • Relevant professional certifications including Microsoft Azure Administrator, M365 Security Administrator, and ITIL Foundation.
  • Extensive expertise in Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VMware, PowerShell scripting, and SAN/NAS storage environments.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security vulnerabilities, mitigation strategies, and high-availability computing.
