Based in Ikota-Ajah, Lagos, this pivotal role reports directly to the Managing Director/CEO and is ideal for a results-driven professional passionate about building strategic business relationships and driving organizational growth in the recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote our recruitment services
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging, industry-relevant content
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitive positioning within the HR recruitment industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales and marketing experience in recruitment or HR services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian HR recruitment market and industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
