Key Responsibilities- Take complete ownership of identified IT project opportunities, guiding them seamlessly through necessary government channels from inception to final award.
- Engage proactively with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and relevant stakeholders across ministries, departments, and parastatals.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams to prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation, proposals, and presentations.
- Identify, analyze, and strategically resolve bottlenecks in project approval pipelines to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor evolving government policies, procurement trends, and e-Government initiatives to uncover new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Political Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in government sales, liaison, public sector business development, or related roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of Nigerian government procurement processes and public-sector operational frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities, with existing networks within government agencies in Lagos being a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex interactions simultaneously while maintaining rigorous organizational standards.
