In this critical leadership role, you will take full ownership of major strategic projects, institutional partnerships, and operational deployments from inception to completion, driving measurable outcomes in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale strategic initiatives, translating executive commitments into structured implementation plans.
- Establish and oversee robust governance frameworks for complex projects involving multiple internal and external organizations.
- Serve as the primary operational lead for strategic partners, government agencies, financial institutions, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Align Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Legal teams around shared project goals to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure accountability.
- Design scalable implementation frameworks for field operations, banking integrations, and market expansion initiatives.
- Anticipate execution risks proactively, analyze root causes, and present practical solutions to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Significant executive-level experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and complex strategic initiatives in Nigeria.
- Proven track record of coordinating multiple stakeholders across government, financial institutions, and technology sectors.
- Expertise in strategic planning, program management, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
