In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and driving efficiency across our logistics network. Key Responsibilities- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer service processes.
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle from inception to final delivery.
- Liaise and negotiate favorable rates and contracts with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and logistics carriers.
- Monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries while tracking quality, quantity, stock levels, and transport efficiency.
- Analyze stock patterns and historical data to anticipate inventory requirements, prevent stock-outs, and ensure continuous product availability.
- Source, recruit, and manage delivery agents to maintain top-tier performance and alignment with company standards.
- Enforce industry regulations and quality standards across all inventory and logistics management procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in a logistics, distribution, or supply chain role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard productivity software.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis with the ability to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and independent multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to drive represent a distinct advantage.
