About the Role
FairMoney is a leading digital financial platform in Nigeria providing instant loans and financial services through our mobile application. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape and drive the strategy, roadmap, and customer experience of our lending products on iOS, owning the complete journey from loan discovery and application to credit assessment, disbursement, repayment, and repeat borrowing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a clear product strategy and vision for FairMoney's iOS lending experience aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Data Science, Risk, Credit, and Operations to manage and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Remove friction across the loan journey to improve application completion, approval, disbursement, and repeat-loan adoption.
- Define and track key product KPIs, analyze funnels, and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize onboarding, loan discovery, and repayment workflows.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the scalability of the lending platform powering our mobile applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong background in lending, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience building and improving mobile products, preferably iOS or customer-facing financial applications.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with expertise in product analytics and experimentation.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian and African fintech markets is highly desirable.
